After a busy week, I thought I would post a few of my favorites from my photoshoots. I am really trying to think out of the box when I am shooting. It has been such a journey these past 9 months since my kids were born. I really have learned so much about photography. Everyday I feel very lucky to love what I do. Enjoy!

A day in the rain....

I had to cancel a couple of photoshoots this week because of the rain and I couldn't handle going a whole week without taking some pictures, so I had one of my favorite subjects pose for me. The best part is she is willing! She also wanted to come and help me watch my little ones this weekend while the hubby is on a river trip. Can't so no to free help! Anyways, I love this girl, she is so sweet.

BABY PHOTO CONTEST UPDATE....

I am not taking any more entries for the contest. I already have 26, which is plenty! I will be posting the pictures by the end of today. If you submitted pictures and you don't see your on here, please email me @ simplicityphotography@yahoo.com. VOTING: I will only take votes through my email (simplicityphotography@yahoo.com), do not vote on comments. I want the winner to be suprised! I will number each little one and everyone can vote and send their friends to vote. The parents will be notified by email on June 1st if they are their little one wins. Today at the park...

These two adorable friends were so funny, they had so many stories for me! They played with the twins for a while and the twins just stared at them wondering what was going on. It was such a beautiful day.

I am getting a lot more interest for newborn photos. It is so fun to take pics of these little ones. It makes me remember how little and fragile the twins were. I really am missing that stage! We will wait for a good 3 years before thinking about having another though!

Chloe in her new orange tutu. I am so excited for it to warm up so that I can take my clients to all the beautiful places in Utah. I will be trying some new "country" style photos with kids in open fields with chairs and kites, balloons, airplanes. The beauty of an open field is captivating.
