could they get any cuter? Seriously, this session was so low key and the boys were such good little listeners. I loved their outfits and they were SO SO natural in front of the camera, don't they look like little surfer boys?

I don't know why I adore this one so much, I think the candid/editorial look from it just gets me!

CPQ 10x13 Album..

I had to share this example album I have to show wedding clients from CPQ. I used my SIMPLY SOHO template for the design.
First of all, love love love the metallic finish on the pages, next the matte canvas cover is so beautiful. I also Love the rounded corners. Class of 2010- Senior Reps...

Calling all High School Juniors! If you are graduating in 2010 and you are currently a high school junior you could become a high school rep for Simplicity Photography!

Here are all the details:
What is a Rep you ask?
You will be a model for Simplicity Photography and a spokesperson for my studio.
You will pass out cards with your own photos on them to your friends and get them excited about senior pictures! These senior pictures are going to be edgy, fun, fashion forward, so you will WANT to show them off!

What will you receive?
2 Free Sessions & lots of other goodies.
The first session will be a mini-model session for promo material you will be passing out to friends, this session will be completed by in April or May. Your second session will be completed in the fall and will be a full blown senior session.
I have a great program where you can earn prints & goodies for promoting my studio.
*There will be a fun competition between the reps and whoever wins will get a HUGE prize!

Who is eligible?
Like I said High School Juniors only that will be graduating in 2010. I would love to have outgoing, fun Reps that are excited about promoting unique senior pictures!
I will be accepting 2 REPS from each of the following schools:

Alta High
EAST High
Highland High
Skyline High
Jordan High
Brighton High
Cottonwood High
Judge Memorial High
Rowland Hall

So, this the lovely couple that won the free groomals session. I loved this session, I got to be 100% creative, 100% my style, no pressure & even better they were SO fun to work with and obviously the camera loves them! Thanks Jeana for all your help!

This amazing dress is from Avenia Bridal in Provo. Amazing dress, the detail was incredible! My question is, why didn't they make amazing gowns like this when I got married? I wore a pouffy thing that I just laugh at now!

I actually picked up this little vintage hat 15 min before the session and it worked out perfectly with the dress. All in all this was one of my favorite wedding sessions ever. Ashley & Isaac, thanks for being open to anything!

my little Coco. She obliged me with a small photo shoot for 4 sticks of bubble gum. I can't wait to print these, she is so darn cute/crazy lately. Sometimes I get so busy I don't take my kids out for photo shoots and it makes me so sad because I love capturing them at each stage of their lives.

I had this amazing session yesterday of two amazing gals celebrating the graduation of college! They were so much fun, they got some priceless stares from all the many passerby's downtown Salt Lake.

and this is not a new logo, I just didn't have my new info at my studio yet. My studio is coming along, lots of work but I think I am beginning to see the light at the end of the narrow, dirty, long tunnel...

Update... Mentoring

I get lots of emails still about Mentoring and I just want to let everyone know, I will no longer be doing Mentoring and do not plan to teach workshops. It is a source of stress I need to get rid of in my life, I am feeling beyond overwhelmed right now and need to de-clutter my life. Hope you all understand. I do have mentoring sessions booked until May, which have been scheduled for a while so if you see posts in the future about them, that is why. Just settin' the record straight that's all!

It took us 1.5 hours to get this little one asleep, but it was all worth it. Karen, your little one is so beautiful, I am so happy for you guys! Sorry, just one for now, everyone beside me is sick today at my house...
